- Personalized Plans: Create customized plans based on your lifestyle questions and fitness goals
- Comprehensive Nutrition Tracking: Monitor your daily intake with detailed nutritional insights
- Weight Management: Track progress toward your weight loss or weight gain objectives
- Real-Time Data: Receive instant feedback on your meals and nutrition

Getting started is simple:

4. Subscription Requirements
AI-powered food scanning and other premium app features require an active subscription. You must maintain an active subscription to access these features.
5. Subscription Plans and Pricing
AI Macro Tracker offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- 1 Month Subscription: $4.99 USD per month — includes up to 20 AI food scans per day
- 1 Year Subscription: $29.99 USD per year — includes up to 20 AI food scans per day
Mandatory Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes / Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Both subscription plans include a daily AI food scan limit of 20 scans per day.
6. Payment and Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes / Apple ID Account or Google Play Store Account upon confirmation of purchase
- For auto-renewing subscriptions, payment will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information in your app store account
- If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
- All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store, not directly through AI Macro Tracker
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your current period ends
- Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
- Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current paid period
- Refund policies are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies
- Contact Apple or Google support for refund requests
- AI Macro Tracker does not directly process refunds as payments are handled by app stores
8. User Eligibility
To use AI Macro Tracker, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Provide accurate information when setting up your personalized plan
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
9. Data Storage and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us:
- All your personal data, saved meal photos, and nutrition logs are stored locally on your device
- Food images scanned via the AI Food Scanner are transmitted securely over HTTPS to our cloud AI processor (Google Cloud / Firebase Vertex AI) solely for real-time nutritional recognition and are processed ephemerally without being saved on cloud servers
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or profiling
- You have complete control over your data and can delete it at any time

- Not share your subscription access with unauthorized users
- Provide accurate information when creating your personalized plan
- Be responsible for the accuracy of your nutrition tracking
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use AI Macro Tracker for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission
- Use the app to harm yourself or others

13. Intellectual Property
